My Approach to Therapy
Reclaim your voice. Redefine your journey.
Therapy with me is not a passive experience.
Seen clearly. Challenged gently. Held accountable with compassion.
I believe healing happens when someone is willing to sit with you in the truth of where you are — and help you find your way to where you are meant to be.
What to Expect
The Hallmarks of My Practice
Warm, Direct & Relationally Grounded
I am simultaneously warm and direct. I name what I see clearly and without judgment — while making sure you feel genuinely cared for in the same breath. You will feel both seen and challenged, which is where real growth happens.
Integrative & Client-Led
I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and more — following your lead in the room and selecting the approach that fits the moment, not a predetermined script.
Faith-Informed Without Being Prescriptive
Faith shows up in my sessions as a resource and a framework — never a requirement. I meet you where you are spiritually and invite your beliefs as a grounding tool when they are present, without imposing them when they are not.
Somatically Aware
Stress lives in the body. I pay close attention to how emotional experience manifests physically and consistently connect what you feel emotionally to what your body is telling you — building a genuinely holistic path to healing.
Accountability Without Shame
I help you take honest ownership of your patterns without collapsing into self-blame. The hard things get named clearly — and then we move forward with compassion. Even in the difficult sessions, you will not be left alone in it.
The Bigger Picture Holder
When you are stuck in the hurt, I hold the larger frame — your purpose, your patterns, the impact your life has beyond what you can see right now. I remind you of what you cannot see about yourself in the moment.
My approach holds people accountable with one hand and holds them up with the other.

You Do Not Have to Figure This Out Alone
Whether you are navigating a major life transition, untangling patterns that have followed you for years, working through grief or relationship pain, or simply trying to find yourself again — this is a space where you are welcome exactly as you are.
My work is rooted in evidence-based practice, personal integrity, and a deep belief that every person carries the capacity for healing, growth, and a life lived with purpose.
